Kids/Family Class

In these fun and exciting classes kids will discover nature using their intelligence and imagination while strengthening their connection to the outdoor world! Every class includes hands-on indoor and outdoor activities and a creative project to take home. Each child should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and wear comfortable walking shoes. In this class, detectives will discover how intelligent plants have survived for centuries by storing water, growing deep roots, developing fuzzy leaves and many other ingenious adaptations! All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The lesson will be most appropriate for children ages 7 to 12. Register children only. Led by: Karen Eaton - Conservation Garden Park This workshop will be held in the Education Center at 8275 S. 1300 W. in West Jordan, UT.
