Plant Description: Slow-growing evergreen tree with a narrow pyramidal habit. Native to the western United States. Has scale-like needles with attractive blue-green foliage. Prefers to grow as a multi-stemmed tree, but can be trained with a single stem. Reddish-brown bark peels off in long strips. Requires full sun and will tolerate alkaline soils and drought.
