Plant Description:
Evergreen perennial or subshrub. Stems branch from a woody base and large tap-root. Linear foliage is non-descript. Red-orange tubular flowers grow on upright stems. Unlike most penstemons the flowers bloom in summer and last until autumn. Grow in well-drained soil.
