Plant Description: Medium to large rounded to spreading evergreen shrub. Spreading branches are scaly and gray. Dark green needles are born in pairs and grow to 1.25 to 3 inches long. Bears dark brown female cones. May require some pruning to shape, simply prune the new growth or "candles." Tolerant of many soil types. Needs well drained soils and fairly drought tolerant.
