Plant Description: Small to medium pyramidally growing deciduous tree. Thorny limbs are covered with pure white flowers in the spring followed by bright red fruit that is preferred by birds. Glossy green leaves turn bright red in the fall. Works well as a specimen plant or as a screen. Can be difficult to work with due to the thorns. Tolerant of many soils and drought.
