Garden Rules
Please take the time to review the rules of the Conservation Garden Park.
- No skateboarding, bicycling, or rollerblading allowed.
- Unauthorized vehicles are prohibited.
- Shirts and shoes are required.
- No visitors are allowed outside of Garden hours.
- All children must be accompanied by responsible adults.
- Visitors must stay on paths and mowed lawn areas.
- No smoking is allowed within the Garden or Garden buildings.
- Dogs must be kept on leashes while in the Garden.
- Owners are responsible for their pet’s waste and must clean and dispose of it properly. Failure to do so may result in a No Pet policy.
- Do not remove plant tags or in any way modify Garden signage.
- Leave plants and flowers for everyone to enjoy. Do not remove or collect flowers, seeds, fruits or vegetables.
- Group photography is free in the Garden, but please call ahead so we can ensure there are no conflicts. Please keep it that way by being courteous to other Garden visitors and abiding by the Garden rules. Specifically, stay on paths, sidewalks and mowed lawn areas and do not move or remove plant tags.
- No climbing, running, sports or games are allowed within the Garden.
- Do not wade in ponds or streams.
- Dispose of waste in appropriate waste receptacles.
- Keep personal items with you at all times.
- Loud music, outside alcohol and firearms are prohibited.
- Food is allowed in appropriate areas such as on lawns, hardscapes and provided tables.
- Be courteous to other visitors.
- The Garden is protected by 24 hour security surveillance.
