Nature Detectives: Seed Superpowers

Wednesday, June 17 2015 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM

Kids/Family Class

In these fun and exciting classes kids will discover nature using their intelligence and imagination while strengthening their connection to the outdoor world! Every class includes hands-on indoor and outdoor activities and a creative project to take home. Each child should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and wear comfortable walking shoes. In this class, kids will investigate the wonder of how a baby seed grows into a grown-up plant by using its roots and leaves to make food. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The lesson will be most appropriate for children ages 7 to 12. Register children only. Led by: Karen Eaton - Conservation Garden Park This workshop will be held in the Education Center at 8275 S. 1300 W. in West Jordan, UT.
