Guided Forest Bathing Walk

Saturday, May 10 2025 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM

In-Person Class

Join Rachel with Suni-ai Forest Bathing as she guides you on a relaxing walk though the garden to slow down and immerse yourself in nature.

Originating in Japan, Forest Bathing (or Shinrin-yoku) is a mindfulness, embodiment, nature connection practice. This transformative practice transcends traditional notions of outdoor recreation and invites you to engage with nature in an entirely new light. Forest Bathing is a gentle invitation to slow down, immerse in the sights, sounds, smells, textures, and tastes of the forest, and to wander freely without any destination in mind. By tuning into the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of your own inner landscape, experience deep relaxation, insight, and connection.

Registration is required. For ages 16 and up.

This class will meet at the Education Center at Conservation Garden Park.
