Listed fees are for renting the Education Center and/or Penstemon Plaza and areas of the Conservation Garden Park.

In addition to listed fees, applicants must demonstrate public liability insurance coverage in specified amounts. Fees are subject to change without notice. Any setup in the Education Center Lobby must be approved in advance.

    Frequently Asked Questions

  • What Amenities are Included with Rental?

    The Education Center is equipped with tables, chairs, microphones, projection screens, and an A/V system. Adaptors, laptops, and any other additional equipment needed must be supplied by the renter.

  • What Areas are Available for Rent?

    The Mountain Mahogany, Apache Plume, and Pinyon Pine rooms are all available to rent. Interested parties may also rent the Penstemon Plaza outside in the Garden. Only the Pinyon Pine room comes equipped with a warming kitchen. Please note that the Conservation Garden Park and Education Center cannot be rented for weddings or related activities.

  • Is There a Preferred Caterer List?

    Conservation Garden Park does not have a preferred caterer list; however, all caterers must be licensed.

  • What Days are Rentals Available?

    Rentals are available during regular business hours (Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm); however, some dates may be unavailable because of Garden maintenance or events.

  • Can I have my Wedding at the Garden?

    No, the Conservation Garden Park and Education Center are not available for wedding rentals or related activities.

  • Is There a Kitchen?

    A warming kitchen is available with the rental of the Pinyon Pine room. This kitchen is for food prep and service only. It should not be used for cooking food.

  • Is a Security Deposit Required?

    We require a deposit of $750 for private events. If no damage occurs to facilities during the event, the deposit will be refunded. 

  • What Paperwork is Required?

    Prior to rental, renters must submit a reservation request form. After this request has been approved, a rental contract will be issued.  

  • Can Alcohol Be Served During my Event?

    No, Conservation Garden Park is an alcohol-free facility.
