Plant Description: Medium-sized deciduous tree with a broad, rounded crown. ‘Perkins Pink’ is an unusual, pink-flowered cultivar. In spring, wisteria-like clusters of delicate pink blossoms cover the tree. The compound leaves emerge yellowish green before turning mid green in summer and yellow in fall. Wood contains a yellow dye, hence the name.
